3 BODII Program Package-Bundle of 15 CECs-Online.
This 3 BODII Program Package is inclusive of:
1. The introductory BODII program which outlines and discusses in great detail the need for a review of current strength and fitness training practices. Practices that at present inevitably produce consistent chronic injury concerns due to the single-minded approach of increasing resistances, without adequate assessment of whether further increases are appropriate. Contains a thorough explanation of alternative methods to advancing loads and the bodies principal centres of load absorption, distribution and the origin of movement. Principles demonstrated with the use of innovative and progressive load producing proprioceptive exercises.
2. Advancement on the concepts and techniques presented in Program I, with the express purpose of offering new ideas to combat several key strength, fitness and sports dilemmas. Comprehensive discussion of the key biomechanical, physiological and psychological adaptations needed to perform advancing BODII principles. Additionally innovative proprioceptive exercises are again offered for the more serious, dedicated and above all, inquiring participant.
3. And finally, a bringing together of the key elements of previously delivered BODII training concepts and techniques, by again going that extra step towards the ultimate in strength, fitness and sports performance. A position where the guiding principles outline options for overcoming/minimising some serious training and athletic injury scourges. Also contains innovative performance alternatives for many commonly recognised strength and fitness exercises, and advanced proprioceptive systems for willing participants to enhance both their adaptations and understanding.
While a great many of the concepts and techniques offered in these programs are significantly advanced exercise options, neither recognised nor accepted in mainstream strength & fitness programming, they are however genuine, and delivered in a deliberately progressive structure. Their implementation demands are designed to separately challenge not only the participant's powers to extreme psychological and physiological inclusion, but more decisively their willingness to acknowledge and to accept the challenges they offer.
