TERMS & CONDITIONS BODII PERSONAL TRAINING.
Welcome to the BODII Personal Training Terms & Conditions. The items raised here are for your benefit. They are based on many years of involvement and research in health & fitness delivery and are designed to offer the most effective and efficient working arrangement for you to achieve the fitness goals you desire. The collaboration between client and trainer is aimed to be a mutually beneficial partnership. That is, you pay for my 25+ years of knowledge and experience, and I advise you on the best means for you to succeed in your exercise/training objectives-whatever they may be. It is then up to you to follow this advice. Over the course of many years, each and every client who has followed this fitness advice, has achieved precisely what they set out to achieve.
Therefore:
1. Sessions and interactions within the allocated times are designed to be enjoyed and deliver positive mental and physical outcomes for all participating parties. This is priority ONE in all BODII objectives.
2. When you employ BODII Personal Training services, after a 2 session introduction (cost of 2 x $50), you may cease sessions altogether, or, if you choose to continue, will need to commit to a minimum additional 5 (five) weeks. This is to enable you to actually see and feel some benefit from your invested time and money. One session per week will not get you the results you desire.
3. Within each week of your additional 5 (five) week minimum commitment you will need to complete at least 2 sessions. This applies unless you are able to provide a valid reason for non-compliance. "I'm not motivated today and will see how I feel tomorrow", does NOT qualify as a valid reason.
4. You may do more sessions per week if that is your wish.
5. If you, the client, cancels any session, this session should be re-scheduled at some point within the current week, or prior to the expiration of the minimum introductory/additional period.
6. Scheduled sessions will be billed regardless, on a minimum 2 sessions per week basis.
7. Each session is approximately 45 minutes in duration. (Please be ready at the appointed time).
8. The flat rate per BODII session is $60.00.
9. You may pay weekly for the number of sessions completed in that week, or you may purchase 10 sessions in advance, for which BODII will give you a 20% discount. Therefore 10 sessions in advance will be billed at $480.00 (or $48.00 per session).
10. For clients who wish to include their partner and/or other individual/s (max. 3 per session) there will be a surcharge of an additional $8.00 per person per session. For 10 sessions in advance however, the overall additional cost will be $50 per person. Therefore, $50.00 per 10 sessions per person over and above initial $480.00 investment.
11. Sessions are by appointment at a location of your choice that is within a 20 kilometre radius of the BODII base.

Mon-Closed.
Tue-1st session start 7.00am-last session start 8.00pm.
Wed-1st session start 7.00am-last session start 8.00pm.
Thu-1st session start 7.00am-last session start 8.00pm.
Fri-1st session start 7.00am-last session start 8.00pm.
Sat-Subject to availability 7.00am-5.00pm.
12. Payments may be made by preferred bank transfer to BSB: 733-084 Account: 571131 or via the major Debit and Credit Card options as indicated below. (Receipts will be issued if required).
