BODII is a series of five (5), thought provoking Professional Development program modules, containing strength & fitness concepts and techniques to be considered by Fitness Professionals of all persuasions. Each BODII module is designed to challenge conventional strength & fitness principles, and consequently advance discussion and improved appreciation for the ever-expanding boundaries of modern functional training possibilities.
